Bailey is the eleven year old daughter of Dana and Billy McCuller. She has two brothers, 15 1/2 year old Sean and eight year old Lane. She has two black labs, Pepper and a five week old puppy that hasn't been named yet because he is still living in Ohio. She has two Bengal cats, Niko and Zeke. Two of Bailey's favorite things are ladybugs and Tinkerbell.  Her family has traveled to Disney World over 15 times in her life. They go at least once a year and sometimes twice! She loves Disney so much that she has named her pet fish Mickey and Minnie. Bailey loves to travel with her parents and brothers as well as with her grandparents. She  enjoys reading just like her Nana and enjoys music of all kinds. She likes to hunt with her dad and her grandfather "Dee". She is very kind-hearted and compassionate, but won't hesitate to let you know exactly how she feels and has an incredible sense of humor. Western Heights is proud to have Bailey representing our school as the Student of the Year!

My family started with my dad's family in McAlester, Oklahoma and my mom's family in Lake Charles, Louisiana. My great-grandparents were born in Oklahoma. The Navy transferred my grandpa all over the country and he somehow ended up moving to New Orleans with my grandma.
There my grandparents had three kids. Then they moved to Moss Bluff. My mother's family are all Cajuns. My great-grandfather had to go to school just to learn English, he was a Thibodeaux. My mother was born in Lake Charles. Both of my parents went to school in Moss Bluff and this is where my dad and mom met. My parents got married in 1994. Two years later my mom had me on October 13, 1996, then three years later she had my little brother. My parents have been married for thirteen years.
Like my Nana, I like reading. Reading adventurous chapter books are my favorite because the adventure seems to last longer in a book. Another one of my interests is math because I am very good at it! Traveling is one of the things I like to do. One day I would like to travel to all 50 states. I also love animals. I like how they have their own personality like people do. My favorite animals are sea animals because they are pretty and graceful. This is why I would like to be a marine biologist. After I graduate high school I am going to go to LSU to become a marine biologist. I would also like to get married and have kids one day.
One issue that is important to me is child abuse. This influenced me because I have more than one friend that has trusted me with their secrets about abuse in their house. I had to choose to do the right thing and tell even though I knew they might be mad.
Another issue is bullies. Bullies are everywhere. They pick on people and hurt their feelings. I also think drugs are a growing issue. Someone in every family has someone with a drug problem. I think that drugs should not be here because all they do is cause problems by hurting people and tearing families apart. One day I would like to help work towards these problems.
